Welcome to the new C.R.A.P.-H3 Website.

The Combined Rhine Area Pack Hash House Harriers is an English speaking running/drinking, social group. We meet most Sunday afternoons alternating runs between Bonn, Düsseldorf and Cologne locations in NordRhein-Westfalia Germany.

New “hashers” are always welcome. The CRAP-H3 hashes are usually between 5 and 10 kilometers. There will typically also be a walkers trail and possibly a bulls run (longer!). The Hash always finishes with a circle where refreshments and possibly snacks will be available.
